Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our social responsibility very seriously and as such our senior management & company are actively involved with the local community activities (Coventry City Ambassadors group, CCFC Asia community initiative, various advisory boards).

Training; we are accredited under 'Investors in People' since 2005, demonstrating the companies' commitment to developing employees.

Equality and diversity; we have a diverse policy to race, colour, nationality, gender, marital status, religious beliefs, disabilities, impairment or age and this is evident in the make up of our staff.

Charitable contributions; we give to a variety of charities on an annual basis and have raised thousands of pounds in sponsorship.

Environmental policies we have introduced thus far (ISO 14001 accredited):

  • installed more efficient air conditioning for server cooling
  • switched to low power terminals instead of high power PC's
  • introduced a policy to purchase lower powered LED monitors when replacing existing screens
  • introduced recycling for office waste (e.g. paper, plastic...)
  • introduced a strict policy of purchasing only FSC approved or recycled paper based products
  • introduced electronic invoicing and licensing where possible
  • introduced a only print if essential message on all our emails
  • try to work with locally based companies

We are constantly looking at ways to reduce our footprint on the environment and looking and how we can work closer with the local community as a whole.
